Srixon Q-Star Tour

The all-new Q-STAR TOUR-5 is our softest ball that delivers tour-level performance in a reworked 3-piece design. For this generation, Q-STAR TOUR features a slightly firmer compression rating for powerful ball speeds, coupled with an even softer “Urethane Cover” for more approach shot spin and a satisfying, softer feel.

FASTLAYER CORE
FastLayer leverages a gradual transition from soft inner core to firm outer edge. We gently upped the compression for this generation to promote better ball speeds and distance, but thanks to FastLayer’s staggered compression from inner to outer core, you still get great feel on every shot.

SPIN SKIN
Made from highly flexible molecular bonds, Spin Skin is a specialized coating that’s designed to help Q-STAR TOUR’s now softer urethane cover dig deeper into club face grooves and maximize spin for more control and stopping power.

338 SPEED DIMPLE PATTERN
Our Speed Dimple Pattern helps Q-STAR TOUR punch through the air upon launch and continue to generate lift once airborne. This pattern also promotes a low drag coefficient to help the ball stay on-target in tough conditions.

Printing/Logo Guide

  • Prices shown are per dozen include logo printing in one position plus VAT (EU & all Export Zero UK VAT Charged)
  • Logo Origination set up is also included for one logo in the per dozen price “FREE LOGO SET UP” 2nd Logo charged extra
  • Upload your logo and state any pantone colour reference numbers if known (no worries if not KNOWN we colour match)
  • The best quality logo files are higher resolution of 600ppi at 50mm wide. Ideally we are looking for a vector format such as ai, eps or PDF file or other better quality file with good pixel size and DPI /resolution such as JPEG, TIFF, PSD or GiFF . This will enable us to digitise to film to create your printing plate?
  • Once we receive your order we will email you an artwork proof showing logo size, position and Pantone colour references for your approval.
  • The Maximum print area is approximately 25mm circle, 25mm rectangle or 20mm square

Logo Golf Balls Process, Lead Time & Shipping

ARTWORK PROOF

The artwork proof will be created 1-3 days working days after ordering which we will email to you for your approval.

LEAD TIMES

Lead times are usually 7-10 working days following artwork approval.

SHIPPING

Shipping will follow production and payment. A Business/Commercial address is preferred for security. Please ensure that there is someone present to receive your order, golf balls are shipped B2B service directly from the printers; we’re unable to supply tracking information.

Shipping to UK mainland is charged at £10 flat rate per order.

For all orders… please state any deadlines or golf day dates including important information/instructions in the comments area when checking out, or using the designated ‘Delivery deadline/event date’ product field.

Uploading your logo via the Website

When you have chosen your golf ball, golf gift or accessory, on the product info page you will be able to upload your own logo. Simply browse for your artwork on your own computer, upload and then click to buy.

Please make sure the logo is no more than 50 Mb and either of the following formats:

j-peg, Tiff, PDF Adobe (or any similar vector formatted file such as EPS or AI) If known state Pantone colour numbers (no worries if not as we colour match,) – please view more image requirements info below.

Please state if you have a delivery deadline or occasion we should be made aware of using the ‘Additional Comments’ section on check out….or send an email.

Submitting text for a personalised golf ball via the website

When you have chosen your preferred golf ball, on the product info page add your text to the Notes field that you wat to display on your golf balls and then  click to buy.

You can have up to 3 lines of printing, max of 23 characters per line including spaces & punctuation.

Please state a delivery deadline, if any, also using the ‘Notes’ section on the product page.

If you prefer to email a logo this is fine. Just select your golf ball, golf gift or accessory, click to buy and complete the checkout process.

Add a note to the ‘Notes’ field on the product page to let us know that you are going to email a logo, or simply reply to your order confirmtion email

Logo Image Requirements

Please either upload your logo with your online order or e-mail direct to us on at [email protected]. Your logo can be larger than the print area; we will reduce to fit; logo quality is the primary importance

File Formats –

Vector graphics (this means the logo is already drawn out, with crisp outline and high definition, saving us time. Any of the following file types would be best for us to use.)

  1. EPS – This is an Encapsulated PostScript format that is mainly produced using Adobe Illustrator Software.
  2. AI – This is an Adobe Illustrator file.
  3. PDF – This is a Portable Document Format using Adobe software. Basically it is a compressed version of an EPS or AI file making it easy to send via e-mail.

Non-Vector graphics (this means the logo will need to be redrawn by our image processing team. This needs to be sent in with a minimum of 300 dots per inch (dpi), anything with a lower dpi could be of very low quality and very difficult to redraw resulting in poor final results.)

  1. TIFF – This is a Tagged Image File Format and is the better quality of the Bitmap images.
  2. PSD – This is a Photoshop file.
  3. GIF – This is a Graphics Interchange Format file.
  4. PNG – Portable Network Graphics
  5. JPEG – Joint Photographic Experts Group. This uses a lossy compression structure that allows users to compress the data up to 1/10 of the original size. Such high compression results in a loss of image quality and can be difficult to redraw. This all depends what the customer saves it as, it could be saved with a low compression, which would be ok for us to use.
  6. Bitmap- Much the same as a JPEG file.
  7. DOC – Microsoft Word Documents use JPEG compression and the vast majority of artwork received in a Document Text File format is of very poor quality.

Logo Print Size For Golf Ball Orders:

The Maximum imprint area is circa 25mm circle, 25mm rectangle or 20mm square. A “to scale” logo proof will be e-mailed for customer approval before printing.
