We aim to produce and deliver your personalised logo golf balls quickly and efficiently.
Typical production lead times after artwork approval are:
- New logo orders: around 7–10 working days.
- Repeat logo orders: often just 5–7 working days.
If you have a specific golf day, corporate event, or deadline, just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping is straightforward:
- UK Express Delivery: £10 (+ VAT) for next-business-day service.
- Packaging: Balls are packed in 48 × 3-ball sleeves (144 golf balls) in a dozen outer, boxed ready for play.
Artwork Approval & Logo Requirements
We offer a FREE artwork proofing service to make sure your logo looks perfect before we print. This usually takes 1–3 days once we receive your files.
You can upload most standard file types—high-resolution images are best to ensure sharp prints.
Outstanding Print Quality – Pad Printed Logos
We use high-quality pad printing for all our logo golf balls. Pad printing is ideal for curved surfaces like golf balls because:
- It delivers accurate reproduction of text and intricate logo details.
- The inks are formulated to adhere strongly to the ball surface, providing long-lasting, durable results that resist abrasion in play.
- Each ball is printed to manufacturer specifications, ensuring the finish is consistent and vibrant across every ball in your order.
Our printing partners include top brands such as Titleist, Callaway and Srixon, and your balls are printed directly by the manufacturers or their approved partners. This means you benefit from professional-grade printing quality that is fully guaranteed to last.
Minimum Orders & Discounts
To offer the best value, our custom logo golf balls have a minimum order of 12 dozen (144 balls).
Bulk price discounts are available on larger orders (e.g., 24 dozen, 48 dozen+). We also include FREE logo setup and proofing with every order.
Payment Options
We accept secure online payments at checkout, or you can choose to pay via direct bank transfer or credit/debit card when we send your artwork proof and invoice.
(Please note: a small surcharge may apply for non-UK commercial card payments.)
Returns, Re-Prints & Refunds
We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction matters. Here’s how our returns and refund process works:
✔ Quality Guaranteed
If you believe there is a print or manufacturing error, please contact us immediately so we can discuss the issue and inspect a sample. If a re-print is authorised, we’ll collect the faulty goods at our cost.
✔ Full Refunds
Full refunds are available (within 10 days of receipt) only if both we and the supplying manufacturer agree there was a valid print or manufacturing error after inspection. Returned products must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
✘ Delivery Deadlines
Please note that refunds cannot be issued for missed delivery deadlines unless agreed in advance with Logo Golf Balls Ltd.
