Logo and personalised golf ball purchases
Shipping to UK is charged at £10 flat rate.
Shipping to EU is charged at a one off charge of £40.00 for orders up to 25 Doz - for EU orders over 25 Doz please contact to arrange.

All other promotional item purchases
SHIPPING IS FREE! (UK Only)
DELIVERY TIMES Express delivery within 10 working days, unless specified otherwise - please state any deadlines in the Comments area when checking out.
OUT OF STOCK? If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel if you'd rather not wait.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGESIf you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please return the goods to us (unused and in their original packaging) within 10 days of receipt, for exchange or full refund, stating your reason for return. Please note: all postage and packaging costs are the customer’s responsibility when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen in transit.
VAT All prices exclude VAT @ 17.5%, which is added on checkout. If a valid EU VAT number is supplied on checkout you will not be charged UK VAT.
